Carrie, our new Food Master, suggested as it’s zucchini, yellow squash, and squash season in general, that squash will be our theme for September’s pre-meeting dinner. As Carrie said, “You can make any number of things with this vegetable from lasagna to soup, cake to canned goods. Let’s see what people can do with it. If people would like to include a recipe, that would be great.” Thanks to Carrie for the suggestion! Let’s see what we can do with squash for our next potluck!
